New Creation Living is structured living housing for adults. We’re not a shelter or a personal care home. We offer safe, stable homes that prove shared living doesn’t have to cost you quality or dignity, backed by support programs for your finances, career, and benefits.

Usually within 48 hours of approval. Onboarding covers house rules, your room, your app, NCL programs, and your community.

Think about it this way: renting a room and paying separately for electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, and laundry could cost you $1,600–$1,800 a month. We help you spend less, keep more of your money, and access financial assistance and benefits you may qualify for.
A great fit if you want a safe, sober, drug-free home with a high standard of living. We take pride in a clean, well-kept space and respect our fellow housemates. Our values are reflected in our daily rhythm, house rules, and an on-site house manager. We are for the working, in school, volunteering, or in recovery, and people ready to show up each week. Our residents keep more of what they earn through our rewards, thrive, and benefits programs. Most approved applicants move in within 24 to 48 hours. There's no months-long waitlist like traditional affordable housing or Section 8.
New Creation Living provides all-inclusive shared living housing for adults. We are not a Personal Care Home (PCH) or a nursing home. Personal Care Homes offer housing along with assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and meal assistance. Nursing homes provide 24/7 medical supervision and skilled nursing care for individuals with chronic illnesses or complex medical needs. Our residents are able to live independently and do not require personal care services or skilled nursing. As a result, New Creation Living operates as an all-inclusive housing provider, not as a Personal Care Home or nursing home.
Our homes are roommate-style. While we know that is not everyone's first choice, we have built our homes around a private, non-shared space. Our floor-to-ceiling privacy dividers, lockable cabinets, and personalized access codes help you enjoy your privacy. Additionally, through our rewards system, you are able to enjoy paid-for nights at a nearby lodging center to your home!
No, we do not.
Use the "Referral" tab above. Submit the person's basic information and their income/benefit type, and we'll follow up directly, usually the same day. We can place most referrals within 24 to 48 hours.
We completely understand. It can seem a lot. To assist with your financial situation, we enrol you in our NCL thrive program. It is our financial program where we help with employment opportunities, money management, goal management and budgeting. This will help you keep more in your pockets from the day you touch down. Additionally, if you refer one freind, you will both get $100 off next month. On your second referral, you’ll only pay $199 in rent for the whole month! If you catch our limited time and space offer, you may also get the opportunity to move in for just $1 !
The structure isn't there to control you. It's there to protect you. Our points system encourages every resident to follow the same community standards, creating a safe, respectful environment where you never have to worry about who's coming and going. Most residents say the structure and sense of accountability become one of their favorite parts of living here.
We understand your biggest concern is privacy,security and safety. We value your every single aspect of security, safety and privacy. For the reason, we provide you the same security ,if not more, than unshared spaces. First, every applicant goes through rigorous screening. Then, we increase privacy by incorporating floor to ceiling privacy dividers. Once closed, you are unseen and undisturbed. We give every resident personal access pins for their room and the house. We also have security cameras in all the common areas including front and back of the house. Lastly, we have someone who lives there to ensure your safe and thriving in your own space.
Our properties are chosen specifically for proximity to public transit, bus lines in particular, so you don't need a car to get around.
